Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Principal Enterprise Architect - Remote to lead enterprise architecture across domains, shaping the cloud strategy and partnering with CTO and business leaders. The role focuses on designing scalable, secure solutions and driving the roadmap aligned with IT strategy.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and program leaders to deliver pragmatic, future-state architectures, enabling business capabilities while managing risks and costs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience building scalable, multi-tier cloud-native architectures.
• Experience designing APIs and integrations with external systems including third parties.
• Strong understanding of security best practices for enterprise systems.
• Proven ability to work across business and technology domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead and design enterprise architecture across multiple domains.
• Define roadmaps linking business strategies to capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and program leadership.
• Guide cloud migration strategies and platform evolution.
• Provide technical guidance to executives and teams.
