Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Principal Enterprise Architect for a remote role in the United States. You will join the CTO office to define the enterprise technology vision and deliver scalable, cloud-native architectures aligned with business strategy.

You will research, design, and deliver solutions; collaborate with engineering, product, and program leaders; and guide cloud migration while balancing cost, risk, and timelines. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in building scalable, multi-tier cloud-native architectures.
• Experience designing APIs and integrations with external systems (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiar with SQL and NoSQL databases and messaging systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 15+ years Systems development and business experience writing solutions across multiple systems.
• 5+ years technical experience in a specific design/development domain.
• Experience in CRM, Marketing, Insurance/Claims or Financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate enterprise designs and build solutions with engineering, product, and program leaders.
• Leads and directs architecture vision for the enterprise across domains.
• Works on the most complex projects and contributes to the strategic vision of the organization.
• Advise on cloud migration strategies and architecture direction.
• Partner with business leaders to provide expert technical advice and influence decisions.
• Assess industry trends and position subject areas accordingly.
• Create roadmaps linking business strategies to capabilities and milestones.
