Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect to guide the enterprise technology vision from the CTO office, with remote work options across the United States (excluding HI/AK). You will define strategies, designs, and roadmaps for cloud-native architectures and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and program leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in building scalable, multi-tier cloud-native architectures.
• Designing APIs and integrations with external systems.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Front-end frameworks like ReactJS.
• Secure systems design using cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience across CRM/Marketing/Insurance or Financial domains.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate designs and build enterprise-wide solutions with cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead Application Integration, Data, and Platform architecture vision.
• Work on complex projects shaping the strategic enterprise architecture.
• Develop cloud migration roadmaps aligned to business strategy.
• Partner with leaders to provide expert technical guidance.
• Assess industry trends and position subject areas accordingly.
• Create roadmaps linking business capabilities to IT milestones.
• Deliver pragmatic architectures meeting immediate business needs.
• Learn new information quickly in a matrixed organization.
• Manage priorities, timelines, and resources with minimal escalation.
• Balance architectural principles with cost and risk.
