Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Principal Enterprise Architect for a remote US role. This senior position focuses on defining and realizing the enterprise technology vision, designing scalable cloud-native architectures, APIs, and integrations while guiding roadmaps that connect business strategy to capabilities.

The role requires extensive experience across domains, security, and leadership in a collaborative, cross-functional environment with a remote‑first culture.

Qualifications

• 15+ years building scalable, multi‑tier cloud‑native architectures.
• Designing APIs and integrations with external systems.
• Experience with one of AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Front‑end familiarity with ReactJS.
• Secure systems design using cybersecurity best practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/IS or related field.
• 15+ years of systems development across multiple domains.
• 5+ years in a specific design/deploy domain.
• Experience in CRM/Marketing/Insurance/Financial domains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate designs and build enterprise solutions with engineering, product and program leaders.
• Provide direction to Application Integration, Data and Platform architecture visions.
• Lead the most complex projects and contribute to strategic vision.
• Migration planning toward cloud architectural vision with a practical approach.
• Advise business leaders and influence strategic decisions.
• Assess industry trends and position subject areas accordingly.
• Create roadmaps linking business strategies to capabilities with milestones.
• Deliver pragmatic solutions meeting immediate business needs.
• Learn quickly in a matrixed organization and manage priorities.
