Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect to lead enterprise architecture across domains and guide cloud-native solutions. The role reports to the CTO office, partnering with engineering, product, and program leaders to deliver strategic, scalable, and secure architectures.

You will shape roadmaps, drive migration toward cloud architectures, and influence business decisions with expert technical guidance in a remote-friendly environment across the United States.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in building scalable, multi-tier distributed cloud-native architectures.
• Experience designing APIs and integrations with external systems, including 3rd parties.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years in a technical domain for design, development and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise architecture design and roadmaps aligning business and IT strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and program leaders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Mentor architects and drive cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
• Provide security-focused design decisions and risk assessments.
