Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect to drive enterprise technology vision and cloud strategy in a remote-friendly role in the United States. You will collaborate with CTO offices and domain teams to architect scalable solutions that align with business goals.

You will lead designs across applications, data, and platform architectures, influence strategic decisions, and mentor other architects while working in a flexible, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience building scalable, multi-tier cloud-native architectures.
• Experience designing APIs and integrations with external systems and cloud providers.
• Experience with messaging-enabled systems and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Strong knowledge of front-end UI frameworks like ReactJS; mobile development is a plus.
• Experience designing secure systems using cybersecurity best practices.
• 15+ years of systems development and design across multiple domains.
• 5+ years in a specific domain for design, development and deployment.
• Experience in domains such as CRM, Marketing, Insurance/Claims or Financial systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-team interfaces.

• Research, design, propose and deliver enterprise solutions across domains.
• Lead and provide direction to architecture teams across applications, data and platforms.
• Guide cloud migration strategies and architecture roadmaps.
