Qualifications

• 5+ years in partnerships, alliances, sales, or corporate development at high-growth companies.
• Experience structuring complex alliances and commercial negotiations.
• Knowledge of commercial marketplaces, including listings and private offers.
• Track record of sourcing revenue through partner channels.
• Experience across co-selling, co-marketing, and co-development.
• Understanding of AI ecosystem, cloud providers, frontier labs.
• Strong program management, prioritization and timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to synthesize complex information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a go-to resource for cloud, frontier lab, and data partners.
• Run partner business reviews and quarterly planning sessions.
• Support commercial negotiations through to signature.
• Track partner activity and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Drive co-sell motions and align field teams.
• Activate Harvey on cloud marketplaces and private offers.
• Support partner opportunities by coordinating contacts and resources.
• Create partner enablement materials.
• Coordinate joint technical programs with partners.
• Manage product launch co-announcements and co-marketing.
• Launch joint marketing programs: events, content.
• Build scalable processes and reporting cadences.
