Responsibilities

• Subject matter expert for all scheduling processes and procedures for assigned disease groups both established and protocol scheduling.
• Acts as the primary resource for staff for all questions related to patient scheduling; collaborates with schedulers and clinic staff to resolve day-to-day issues.
• Negotiates with clinical teams to remove scheduling barriers and supports management in problem resolution.
• Ensures scheduling is efficient while delivering excellent patient contact experience.
• Leads disease center specific staff training and supports operational initiatives within the department.
• Covers for other scheduling staff or manager as needed and assists with policy implementation.
