Responsibilities

• Schedules complex oncology appointment sets across disciplines.
• Monitors scheduling reports for accuracy and resource utilization.
• Triage and respond to patient and provider requests with PHI confidentiality.
• Delivers outstanding customer service to internal and external customers.
• Communicates across leadership levels and teams.
• Responds to emergencies per SOPs.
• Participates in quality improvement and system upgrades.
