Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based Clinical Account Executive to cover Riverside, Pomona, Moreno Valley, San Bernardino and surrounding CA areas. The role reports to the Senior District Manager and requires deep clinical expertise, strategic planning, and disciplined execution to improve patient outcomes and advance Multiple Myeloma brand objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in pharma/biotech, oncology preferred.
• Experience in hematology or Multiple Myeloma is highly valued.
• Ability to take on larger roles and demonstrate competitive selling skills.
• Strong collaboration, organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with brand strategy.
• Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists and administrators.
• Deliver compliant, customer-focused engagements and cross-functional collaboration.
• Continuously evaluate territory performance using data and insights to optimize execution.
• Maintain integrity, compliance and professionalism in all interactions.
