Job summary

AbbVie in Riverside, CA is seeking a Clinical Account Executive to lead a territory across Riverside, Pomona, Moreno Valley and surrounding areas. Reporting to the Senior District Manager, the CAE will blend clinical expertise, strategic planning and business acumen to improve patient outcomes while advancing AbbVie's brand objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech.
• Oncology/hematology experience required, preferably in Multiple Myeloma.
• Able to travel; valid driver’s license and pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
• Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Demonstrate deep scientific and clinical expertise while delivering compliant, customer-focused engagements.
• Partner effectively with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
• Continuously evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution.
• Maintain the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every customer interaction.
