Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead client transitions for next-generation data assets across national and subnational levels. You will drive transition execution, manage stakeholder relationships, and support change management to ensure successful adoption of IQVIA data assets and services.

Role requires delivery leadership, cross-functional partnership, and the ability to navigate complex pharma accounts while traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of delivery management, client consulting, or related experience.
• Knowledge of IQVIA National/Subnational products and services.
• Ability to handle complex client needs and data concepts.
• Experience with large pharma accounts and stakeholders.
• High learning agility and travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead client transition initiatives for IQVIA next-generation data assets.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and adopt transition plans.
• Resolve complex data issues and coordinate internal escalation.
• Build trusted client relationships and provide transition updates and next steps.
• Identify adoption barriers and drive stakeholder alignment during the transition.
• Document process improvements and lessons learned for future transitions.
