Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Client Transition Specialist to coordinate transitions of IQVIA data assets, including national and subnational assets. You will support onboarding, migration, and implementation while tracking milestones and resolving routine inquiries.

In this role, you’ll partner with Go-to-market, Project Management, Commercial, Client Services, Data Operations, and Development Teams to ensure smooth client transitions and effective communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in Client Services, Project Management, Account Management, Data Operations, Commercial Operations, Market Research, or related fields.
• Knowledge of IQVIA National and/or Subnational products and services and/or pharmaceutical reports.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office applications, Smartsheet, and other visualization tools.
• High learning agility.

Responsibilities

• Support client transition activities related to IQVIA data assets, including national and subnational assets and future patient-level assets. Assist with onboarding, migration, and implementation activities.
• Monitor transition milestones and track open items through completion.
• Partner with Go-to-market, Project Management, Commercial, Client Services, Data Operations, and Development Teams.
• Develop effective working relationships with client contacts and provide information as needed to address questions tied to the transition to the Next Generation data assets.
• Provide practical updates regarding transition status, open items, and next steps.
• Identify opportunities to improve transition processes and enhance client experience.
