W Services Group is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the client relationship end to end for a defined portfolio. You will be the primary contact, internal advocate, and ensure clients feel like partners rather than queued accounts.

This proactive role emphasizes relationship management with operational accountability, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on delivering consistent, high-quality service across multi-site accounts.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience in account management, client success, or operations.
• Background in facility management, field services, or multi-site service operations strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive by nature — brings solutions, not just problems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a defined portfolio of client accounts
• Lead weekly client touch-base meetings and contribute to quarterly and annual business reviews alongside the Account Manager
• Conduct in-person site visits, office visits, and new location onboardings as needed
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders so clients view WSG as a strategic partner, not a vendor
• Provide clients with honest, proactive communication — including feedback on how they can improve outcomes on their end
