Job summary

Flare, a legaltech startup, seeks a Customer Success Manager to drive client experience and guide family law matters from intake to resolution, partnering with attorneys to anticipate needs and maximize capacity.

You will own relationships, resolve escalations with empathy, and contribute to process improvements, enabling attorneys to take on more work while delivering a smooth, proactive client journey.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in a client-facing role owning relationships.
• Demonstrates ownership, initiative, and goal-driven case progression.
• Customer-focused, empathetic, and able to manage multiple cases.
• Creative problem-solver with ability to optimize workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration with attorneys and clients.

Responsibilities

• Own case progression from intake to resolution, driving momentum and determining next steps with attorneys.
• Conduct regular case reviews to ensure deadlines are met and cases stay on track.
• Provide updates to clients and attorneys, gather information, and preempt issues.
• Identify workflow needs and ensure drafting, filing, and research are efficient.
• Prioritize tasks, draft and manage case documents, and support attorney strategy.
• Spot bottlenecks, propose process improvements, and enable growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to push cases forward and improve efficiency.
• Track and report client success metrics to inform leadership decisions.
