Responsibilities

• Own case progression from intake to resolution and drive momentum.
• Conduct regular case reviews with attorneys and ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide updates to clients and attorneys, gathering information as needed.
• Identify legal workflow needs and manage drafting, filings, and research.
• Prioritize bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
• Support attorneys as a strategic partner to enable growth.
• Spot repeat business opportunities and advocate for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to push cases forward.
• Track and report client success metrics to leadership.
