Job summary

FIXD is seeking a Customer Success Manager for AppraisalPRO to manage onboarding and ongoing support for dealership clients. You will ensure customers derive ongoing value from the system and drive account expansion.

You will collaborate with internal engineering and product teams, monitor usage, and proactively address issues while cultivating strong relationships with key decision-makers to secure referrals and expand the client base.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly build relationships and trust with customers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; responsive and clear in writing.
• Experience in supporting clients and coordinating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Onboard dealership customers to AppraisalPRO and conduct initial training.
• Aid customers in resolving technical issues and coordinate with engineering teams.
• Proactively monitor product usage to identify red flags.
• Influence decision-makers and become their trusted advisor for referrals.
• Present recommendations on platform improvements to Product and Engineering teams.
