Job summary

EML Payments Solutions Ltd (EPSL) Overland Park, Kansas is seeking a Client Service Manager to oversee NA client operations, bridging between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support.

You will partner with account management and the commercial team, handle operational processes, respond to tickets, and drive improvements that keep clients happy while boosting internal efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client services or client support.
• Preferred experience in financial services.
• Strong attention to detail and technical aptitude.
• Ability to build relationships, influence decisions and negotiate.
• Experience with JIRA, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account management leadership to service NA clients.
• Communicate effectively with the client support team on major issues.
• Proactively identify and resolve complex problems impacting accounts.
• Represent EML to clients and clients to EML.
• Share process and technical information to drive solutions.
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise on EML products and services.
• Manage ticketing and communications for the region, ensuring timely responses.
• Support client ordering processes with timely client communications.
