Inmar Intelligence is seeking an Associate, Client Success Manager – Retail Media to support the execution and growth of retail media programs across our CPG client portfolio.

This role is designed for an early-career professional who will build expertise in retail media, client success, and data-driven marketing while collaborating with Client Success, Sales, Media Operations, Analytics, and cross-functional partners throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in retail media, digital media, advertising, shopper marketing, customer success, account management, client services, marketing, or related field.
• Foundational understanding of digital advertising and/or retail media.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working with data and performance metrics.
• Ability to interpret information and communicate key takeaways clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new platforms, technologies, and media concepts.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
