Job summary
Intapp is seeking a Client Success Manager for the Accounting and Consulting industry to act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders and to maximize value from the Intapp platform.
You will monitor adoption and health data across your portfolio, run structured success plays, and guide configuration and best practices. Collaboration with Account Managers and product teams is essential to renewals and expand usage.
Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS client success, preferably in professional services.
- Proven ability to use adoption/usage data to drive outreach and renewals.
- Strong communication and consultative skills with client leadership.
- Familiarity with APIs and integrations across multiple products.
- Experience with DealCloud or comparable CRM/Deal management tools.
Responsibilities
- Monitor adoption data, usage trends, and engagement signals across your portfolio.
- Run data-triggered success plays and improve playbooks.
- Advise clients on configuration, integrations, and best practices.
- Lead remediation plans for at-risk accounts and drive renewals or expansion.
- Partner with Account Managers to present health metrics in reviews to clients.
