Intapp is seeking a Client Success Manager, Legal (Profitability) to guide top law firms in adopting Intapp Time and Billstream, ensuring they realize value from their investment. This role is remote or hybrid in the US and reports to the Client Success Legal Industry team.

You will monitor adoption, run data-driven plays, and serve as a trusted advisor, shaping how clients use the broad product suite and profitability solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in client success serving professional services firms, ideally in the legal industry.
• Experience using adoption and usage data to drive structured outreach.
• Ability to learn new solutions quickly and build product proficiency.
• Exposure to Intapp Time and Billstream or timekeeping and profitability domain.

Responsibilities

• Monitor adoption data across legal clients to drive retention and value.
• Execute data-triggered success plays to drive adoption at scale.
• Identify new success plays from client feedback to increase value.
• Advise on product usage, configuration, and best practices.
• Expand expertise across the Intapp product suite.
• Consult with clients post-deployment to ensure solutions meet needs.
• Advise internal teams on customer voice and industry dynamics.
