Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred.
• 2 years of experience in Account Management.

Responsibilities

• Builds strong client relationships and adapts to provide customized quality service.
• Provides high level customer service to top tier clients and suggests product enhancements.
• Responds to client communications to resolve issues including payroll and other products.
• Responsible for client retention and building relationships with key client personnel.
• Conducts client visits to strengthen relationships.
• Coordinates with internal departments and vendors to resolve client issues.
• Identifies trends and escalates issues to management for client satisfaction and retention.
• Analyzes data to identify performance gaps and translate needs into action plans.
• Plans and implements client activities and programs with sales, training, and operations.
• Provides regular reporting and updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Maintains knowledge of industries and wage tax laws to meet client needs.
