Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of business strategies, revenue growth and CRM practices.

Responsibilities

• Builds strong client relationships and drives retention and growth for Paychex services.
• Provides high level customer service to top tier clients and recommends product enhancements.
• Responds to client inquiries and resolves issues including payroll and related products.
• Maintains understanding of clients' businesses and strategic objectives.
• Coordinates with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and profitability.
