Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Senior Director, Client Success to lead client experience strategy and team performance across a broad account portfolio. The role owns strategy, financial performance, and long-term retention of client relationships, partnering with Sales, Product, Operations, and Technology to translate market insight into proactive plans.

You will guide strategy, manage a large team of CSMs and managers, and drive scalable governance while ensuring high-quality outcomes and revenue

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in client success, account management, or strategic consulting in healthcare data/tech.
• Proven ability to manage executive-level relationships (up to C-suite).
• Demonstrated revenue retention and multi-account portfolio ownership.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to translate insights into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy across accounts, align client roadmaps to Datavant priorities.
• Lead and develop a team of CSMs and managers; foster scalable talent.
• Oversee delivery across implementations, renewals, and escalations with high client value.
• Partner with Sales, Product and Operations to influence roadmap decisions and growth.
