Job summary

Alphaware Next Technologies in New York is seeking a data-driven Client Success Strategist to join our Operations team. You will analyze client health, map the customer journey, and help our operations scale alongside our growing client base.

You will collaborate with Product to advocate for features that drive client satisfaction, develop and refine playbooks for the Client Success team, and lead high-level strategic reviews with key accounts to ensure long-term alignment.

Qualifications

• Background in Operations, Customer Success, or Strategy Consulting.
• Analytical prowess—comfortable working with data to drive decisions.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects.
• Based in or willing to work from our New York office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer data to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities for expansion.
• Develop and refine operational playbooks for the Client Success team.
