Job summary

Cmaxe in New York is seeking a data-driven Client Success Strategist to join our Operations team. You will analyze client health, optimize the customer journey, and help our operations scale with a growing client base.

You will quantify risks and opportunities, develop playbooks for client success, work with Product on feature requests, and lead strategic reviews with key accounts to ensure long-term alignment.
