Job summary

Core Techies India is seeking a data-driven Client Success Strategist to join our Operations team in New York. You will analyze client health, optimize the customer journey, and help our operations scale with a growing client base.

You will partner with Product to advocate for features that drive satisfaction, develop playbooks for the Client Success team, and lead strategic reviews with key accounts for long-term alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations, Customer Success, or Strategy Consulting.
• Analytical mindset with comfort using data to drive decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Based in New York or willing to work from our NY office.
