Swooped in the United States is seeking a Client Success Manager to partner with sports and entertainment clients, unlocking value and driving revenue through data, insights, and industry expertise. This is a full-time role with flexible remote work and occasional travel to client sites and events.

You will align technology with business goals, build relationships with senior leaders, and lead cross-functional projects to support product adoption, renewals, and scale client success operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a client-facing role in SaaS/tech/entertainment.
• Proven track record of driving client performance and revenue outcomes with data.
• Experience presenting to executive teams and leadership.
• Understanding of corporate P&L drivers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfort with quantitative and qualitative data to guide outcomes.
• Problem-solving, initiative, adaptability, and navigating ambiguity.
• Collaborative cross-functional work style.
• Willingness to travel 25–30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner aligning technology with client goals to drive revenue and high-impact solutions.
• Build relationships with senior leaders to establish strategic priorities.
• Identify opportunities across product adoption, performance, and audience experience.
• Lead internal/external reviews, delivering insights to support renewals and adoption.
• Leverage relationships to generate advocacy and referrals.
• Manage day-to-day communication and relationship health across accounts.
• Analyze product usage, sales, and financial data to inform decisions.
• Lead cross-functional projects supporting client needs and roadmaps.
• Contribute to forecasting, onboarding, and scaling client success operations.
• Travel to client locations and events as needed.
