Job summary

Swooped is seeking a Project Manager, Customer Success, to join our team in a full-time role based in the United States. You will partner with Technical Account Managers and Solution Architects to guide strategic customer projects from kickoff through completion.

You will also lead internal initiatives to improve efficiency, automate workflows, and rollout new CS programs across the organization. A strong customer-first mindset and experience managing multiple projects are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience supporting Customer Success, Professional Services, or Technical Account Management teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication; experience presenting to stakeholders.
• Proficiency with PM tools and CRM systems (Jira, Asana, Salesforce, etc.).
• Comfort discussing technical details with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic customer engagements, including high-visibility deployments and enterprise rollouts.
• Lead internal operational projects to improve team efficiency and workflow.
• Roll out new Customer Success initiatives with project planning and cross-functional alignment.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows across the customer lifecycle.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, Marketing, and Finance to streamline handoffs.
