Datavant is seeking a Client Success leader to drive post-sale engagement with law firms, expanding usage and revenue within the installed base. You will own lifecycle management, build cross-functional relationships, and partner with Field Sales to identify cross-sell opportunities.

The role requires a 5+ year track record in sales growth, strong analytics, and proficiency with CRM systems. This is a full-time position focused on expanding client value and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years of sales/client growth leadership experience, ideally in legal, insurance, or records/health-information services.
• Strong analytical and operating rigor: ability to manage GRR/NRR, adoption metrics, pipeline metrics, and CRM reporting (Salesforce preferred).

Responsabilités

• Client Engagement & Lifecycle Management (Post-Sale Ownership) with defined engagement cadences and expansion discussions.
• Build multi-threaded relationships across legal, operations, and administrative stakeholders to reduce single-thread risk.
• Drive organic expansion within installed base: seat growth, new locations, and expansion plans.
• Onboarding training and adoption milestones tied to carrier launches/re-launches; improve product utilization and client satisfaction.
• Cross-Sell identification with Field Sales to uncover opportunities for ancillary services and new users/locations.
• Maintain weekly/ monthly/ quarterly cadence for portfolio health, segment reviews, and executive reporting; ensure CRM discipline.
