Datavant in Salt Lake City is seeking a Senior Client Success Leader to drive post-sale engagement for law firm clients, focusing on retention and organic growth.

You will build multi-stakeholder relationships across legal, operations, and administrative teams, guide onboarding and adoption, and partner with Field Sales to identify cross-sell opportunities.

This role emphasizes disciplined CRM reporting, quarterly reviews, and scalable expansion efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years of sales/client growth leadership experience, ideally in legal, insurance, or records/health-information services.
• Strong analytical and operating rigor: ability to manage GRR/NRR, adoption metrics, pipeline metrics, and CRM reporting (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Engage post-sale clients and manage lifecycle to drive retention and expansion.
• Build relationships across legal, operations, and admin stakeholders to reduce single-thread risk.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities with Field Sales.
• Maintain CRM discipline and segment scorecards for actionable insights.
