Job summary

The CSM will report on channel performance, present ROI insights, and manage post-sale lifecycle including renewals and reporting. Strong communication and data skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in a client-facing role managing multi-million revenue.
• Experience in digital publishing, digital media agency, or creator space.
• Ability to analyze data and present findings to clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership on large, cross-channel partnerships.
• Deliver five-star customer service with timely responses and proactive solutions.
• Support the sales team in the RFP process with insights and media plans.
• Field all client requests including reporting and content edits.
• Coordinate with internal teams to identify opportunities for expansion.
• Gather client feedback and drive improvements across products and services.
• Conduct regular check-ins to ensure ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
