Job summary

DXC Technology in the United States is seeking experienced Client Success Managers to join our growing team. The CSM will drive client satisfaction, manage service delivery, and collaborate across delivery, sales, and product to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities include owning all aspects of CES delivery, renewals, forecasting revenue and margins, coordinating resources, and reporting progress to the CSM Leader while aligning with client priorities for long-term account growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client relationship management.
• Strong delivery leadership across full lifecycle.
• Ability to drive account growth and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Own CES delivery including renewals, profitability, and SLAs.
• Collaborate across offerings for full-stack account delivery.
• Drive on-account growth with opportunities under $5M.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and progress reporting to leadership.
• Enforce governance, resourcing, and risk management.
