• Own all aspects of CES delivery on the account, including renewal and profitability.
• Collaborate with delivery, sales, marketing, and product to align objectives and ensure a seamless experience.
• Drive opportunities under $5M, forecast revenue and margins, and monitor contract performance.
• Serve as the central escalation point for client issues and ensure governance and reporting.
• Drive cash collection, address AR challenges, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
