Job summary

DXC Technology in the United States seeks a Client Success Manager to drive client satisfaction, account growth, and operational excellence across Finance/Insurance engagements. You will liaison between the client and DXC delivery teams, ensuring commitments are met and value is delivered.

You will support revenue growth, renewals, and client retention while tracking KPIs like revenue, margins, and CSAT, and collaborating with project managers, sales, and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client success, account management, service delivery, consulting, or related client-facing roles within Finance/Insurance.
• Ability to develop trusted client relationships while supporting revenue growth, renewals, and satisfaction.
• Experience managing service delivery and complex client engagements with on-time, within-budget outcomes.
• Strong understanding of revenue forecasting, margin performance, contract management, and governance.
• Experience identifying growth opportunities, including renewals and cross-sell initiatives.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day CES delivery activities across accounts, focusing on satisfaction, performance, profitability, and resourcing.
• Partner with delivery, project management, and account teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Support account growth through opportunity identification, renewals, and proactive solutions.
• Coordinate activities across stakeholders, aligning priorities, risks, and deliverables.
• Build trusted client relationships by understanding business objectives and aligning DXC capabilities.
• Assist with financial governance, including revenue forecasting and cash collection support.
