Job summary

Verra Mobility is seeking an experienced senior administrator to drive program management and executive support for client implementations and operations in Sacramento. You will lead administrative systems and processes to streamline day-to-day activities, ensure accurate documentation, and monitor information security and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field.
• Extensive experience in program management or executive administration.
• Strong background in customer experience and operations improvements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Power BI.
• Willingness to travel to client locations (overnight stays when needed).
• Pass a NLETS background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and processes to streamline day-to-day operations.
• Document and maintain records accurately and timely.
• Monitor document management, data accuracy, and information security.
• Assist with Incident tickets via IT/SNOW or similar system and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with departments to design and implement customer-centric initiatives.
• Oversee daily operational processes to align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Prepare reports for executive and departmental meetings and assist in strategic planning.
