Job summary

Canteen One, part of Compass Group USA, seeks a Client Services Director to oversee the Client Team, ensuring client retention, growth, customer satisfaction and profitability. You will implement contractual obligations to deliver high-quality service and meet financial targets, while partnering with senior leadership on cross-functional issues.

You may own key accounts and coordinate with multiple teams to drive strategic account plans, new site implementations, and retention strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of account or client management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with relationship management.
• Ability to plan strategically and analyze financial data.
• Ability to effectively present information to groups of managers, clients, and the public.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, JD Edwards) preferred.
• Experience with reporting tools (Business Objects, Crystal Reports) preferred.

• Implement Strategic Account Plans for the business.
• Coordinate rollout of new sites or services.
• Coordinate Client Program across Canteen One teams.
• Develop account retention strategies with senior management.
• Drive financial targets and profitability for accounts.
