Job summary

Compass Group USA’s Canteen One division is hiring an Account Coordinator to support our national client teams. You will assist Client Managers with program projects, client initiatives, and escalated service calls while handling multiple accounts and driving strong client relationships.

The role offers growth opportunities within a major food service company, with exposure to Fortune 500 clients and cross-functional collaboration across sales, operations, and finance.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred for stronger candidacy.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal/external teams.
• Experience with MS Word/Outlook and intermediate Excel; ERP/reporting system familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first escalation point for client issues and coordinate resolution.
• Manage projects such as new client rollouts and store openings; communicate status to stakeholders.
• Support Client Managers with client initiatives, service requests, and catalog maintenance.
