Job summary

Hummel Group in Orrville, OH is seeking an Account Manager to handle day-to-day servicing of existing clients in partnership with a Financial Advisor. You will help build and maintain trusted relationships, prepare reports, and support onboarding and account transfers.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in financial services, a high school diploma, proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook, and a drive to deliver accurate client service while complying with broker-dealer requirements and PHI protections.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial service products and markets.
• 1–3 years experience in financial services; SIE required.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conducts preparatory work for client meetings including generating financial reports and prefilling applications.
• Completes action items after client meetings for the Financial Advisor.
• Executes day-to-day service needs for existing clients.
• Onboards new clients by opening accounts, collecting documentation, and updating records.
• Performs account transfers and rollovers as directed by the Financial Advisor.
• Schedules client meetings.
• May process trades and distributions per instruction.
• Mentor other Account Managers or Assistant Account Managers.
• May attend client meetings.
