Job summary

Responsibilities

• Searches for qualified new prospects, sets meetings, pursues sales efforts, and closes new business.
• Meets with clients to review exposures, analyze needs, develop strategy, and make recommendations.
• Oversees proposal preparation, reviews coverage, and presents proposals to prospects.
• Works with Account Executives to prepare or present final proposal materials.
• Explains insurance programs and risk solutions to clients.
• Aims to achieve annual new business goals and renewal strategies.
• Documents client meeting notes and provides follow-ups to the operations team.
• Supports agency goals and adheres to procedures to minimize E&O exposure.
