Kantar is seeking a strategic Manager, Client Service in New York to lead client relationships and oversee media solution studies, delivering high-quality insights. You will collaborate with internal teams to drive media strategy and innovation while ensuring timely, accurate deliverables across campaigns.

This hybrid role requires strong communication, project management, and a proven ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client service market research role with exposure to quantitative methodologies.
• Strong process and time management skills with ability to deliver against multiple deadlines at a fast pace.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to master other business tools.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with logical reasoning and problem solving.
• Bachelor's degree in market research/marketing or related social science and analytic disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Execute Media Solution projects and support higher complexity work.
• Improve delivery efficiency without compromising quality.
• Develop understanding of media capabilities, solutions, and analytic methods.
• Utilize tools and partners to complete studies from start to finish.
• Design surveys, analyze data, write reports and present results for mid-high complexity projects.
• Manage project timelines and quality, collaborating with client teams.
• Lead meetings to scope new projects and present data results to clients.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to proposal development.
