Job summary

Kantar Consulting in New York seeks a Director to lead high-impact brand strategy projects, manage client relationships, and deliver strategic recommendations. You will oversee project workplans, guide the team, and shape client storytelling.

As a senior client-facing leader, you will drive new business opportunities, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with senior partners to design proposals. Location: New York, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in management consulting or brand strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
• Experience presenting insights and recommendations to clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ownership, initiative, and ability to manage complexity.
• Proven time management with multiple deadlines.
• Experience with AI tools and applying AI to work.
• Strong business acumen; brand savvy.
• Mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of brand strategy and consulting projects.
• Develop project workplans and oversee day-to-day activities.
• Act as main client contact and facilitate client workshops.
• Lead storytelling and translate insights into recommendations.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery; mentor juniors.
• Support leadership in new client opportunities and proposals.
