The role leads high-value accounts, influences media investment decisions, and directs complex programs such as brand lift, attribution, and segmentation while ensuring operational excellence and scalable delivery.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in market research, media analytics, or insights consulting.
• Experience leading complex client portfolios and multi-year account plans.
• Proven ability to translate data into executive narratives for strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-value client accounts with forecasted delivery targets and profitability.
• Serve as strategic advisor to senior stakeholders influencing media investments.
• Oversee design and delivery of media effectiveness programs (brand lift, cross-platform measurement, attribution).
• Translate client challenges into scalable research frameworks and actionable recommendations.
• Drive growth with commercial teams and optimize resourcing and delivery models.
