Qualifications

• 3+ years managing client relationships in financial services with treasury and cash management focus.
• Proven ability to analyze processes and apply continuous improvement techniques.
• Experience leading project lifecycle and communicating with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Experience using data and technology to improve operations and client service.
• Change management and strategic communications experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve client requests related to treasury and cash management products to ensure satisfaction.
• Analyze gaps in client service processes and apply continuous improvement to the operating platform.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive mutually beneficial outcomes and adjust approaches.
• Leverage data and tech literacy to implement new technologies in operations and client service.
• Lead project lifecycle activities and report updates to sponsors and impacted parties.
