Job summary

You will be the primary point of contact for each client, collaborating with Service Operations, Sales partners and Bankers in the United States and globally.

This role focuses on building trusted relationships, researching client needs, and driving solutions that support growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client-facing experience in banking or professional services.
• Experience with data analytics and change management.
• Ability to present findings with quantifiable metrics.
• Strong project management and execution skills.

Responsibilities
