Job summary

Sun Life U.S. is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Executive to serve as a strategic advisor and relationship manager for major clients and brokers across Southeast, Central and Mid-Atlantic regions.

You will blend relationship management with business consulting to optimize benefits programs, lead strategic reviews, and drive growth while coordinating across sales, underwriting, implementation and service teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in group employee benefits, account management, client relationship management.
• Experience managing large, complex client relationships and delivering strategic business solutions.
• Strong presentation, communication, and consultative relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across multiple teams.
• Strong business, financial, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Current insurance license or ability to obtain one upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Build Strategic Client Relationships: manage diverse, large client portfolios and partnerships with brokers.
• Drive Client Retention and Growth: identify opportunities to expand Sun Life products and services.
• Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences: anticipate needs, coordinate resources, and ensure seamless service.
• Lead Through Collaboration: liaise between clients, brokers and Sun Life teams to deliver outcomes.
