Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a role focused on new business implementation, asset retention, growth, and client satisfaction across an assigned book of business. You will maintain relationships with clients and TPAs, develop strategic plans, and advise on investments while supporting sales with compelling presentations.

The role requires travel, strong analytical and organizational skills, and a BS preferred. Prior experience in defined contribution services is valued.

Qualifications

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, distribution partners, and TPAs.
• Develop business plans identifying key clients and actions to manage relationships.
• Consult with clients and brokers on investment topics including performance and suitability.
• Travel frequently and support sales with presentations and product initiatives.
