You will acquire work through superior delivery, lead cross‑functional teams, and serve as a trusted advisor aligning SSR’s services with evolving client needs. Relocation options are available across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong client relationship management capabilities and a track record of growing strategic accounts.
• Experience creating account plans and multi‑year programs.
• Executive‑level communication, negotiation, and concise technical writing preferred.
• Advanced business acumen with pricing strategies and profitability levers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal relationship owner for assigned clients with executive‑level touchpoints.
• Develop account plans to grow relationships, share of wallet, and multi‑year programs.
• Align SSR services to client goals; anticipate needs and position new solutions.
• Lead project initiation, define scope, deliverables, and milestones.
• Oversee multi‑discipline teams to achieve Total Project Success and mentor PMs.
• Manage contracts, schedules, budgets, risk, and QA/QC; close‑out activities.
