Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. (SSR) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high‑scope, high‑complexity projects and mentor project teams. You will manage client relations, budgets, schedules, and quality to meet SSR’s standards and client expectations.

In addition to a challenging, owner‑led environment, SSR offers a sign‑on bonus and relocation packages for qualified candidates. This role requires strong leadership and financial acumen to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Technical or Bachelor’s degree in one of the major technical disciplines with ten years of related project experience.
• Fifteen years of practical experience on similar projects.
• Proven leadership as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects of various size and complexity.
• Expertise in proactively managing project financials with minimal oversight.
• Professional Engineer Licensure preferred (required by those with ABET accredited degree).

Responsabilités

• Lead high‑scope, high‑complexity projects or multiple programs as the primary client contact.
• Plan and execute projects, proactively manage financials, and mentor junior PMs.
• Develop staffing plans, budgets, and schedules; align team to contracts.
• Attend meetings and ensure documentation, QA/QC, and risk logs are up to date.
• Set milestones, manage scope changes, and drive client satisfaction and profitability.
• Foster relationships with clients and stakeholders to expand SSR’s services.
