Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. in Minnesota seeks a client relations professional to drive new business implementations, retain assets, grow client relationships, and ensure client satisfaction across an assigned book.

You will maintain relationships with clients and brokers, develop plans, advise on investments, partner with sponsors on education campaigns, support sales with presentations, and help launch new products and services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the financial services industry or 2 years in the defined contribution marketplace.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 within 90 days.
• State insurance license.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to travel frequently.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, distribution partners, and TPAs.
• Develop business plans identifying key clients and actions to manage those relationships.
• Consult with clients and brokers on investment topics including performance, diversification, style, and suitability.
• Partner with plan sponsors to design participant education campaigns to increase participation and contribution rates.
• Support sales representatives with presentations and serve as a subject matter expert on topics such as the Voya Service Model and installation process.
• Introduce and support new product and service initiatives.
